Supporting the Audit & Risk Committee of the Canadian Bar Association

Kirsti Mathers McHenry has been appointed to serve on the Canadian Bar Association’s Audit and Risk Committee, effective September 1, 2023. The Audit and Risk Committee oversees the financial reporting process, audit process, system of internal controls and compliance with laws and regulations. The committee also develops policies and advises the board on enterprise risk management.
