Jared Rosenbaum
Jared is an experienced and skilled litigation lawyer building his employment law practice at Mathers McHenry & Co. He assists clients with navigating complex employment matters and resolving disputes.
A persuasive and articulate public speaker, Jared is equally at home in the boardroom and the courtroom. He has extensive experience representing clients in mediation and litigation across a broad cross-section of industries including mining, space technology, health technology, automotive, insurance and other financial services.

Jared has provided legal commentary to the CBC and has presented at Ontario Bar Association professional development seminars. His writing on legal topics has been published in Thomson Reuters Securities Source newsletter and in the Toronto Lawyer’s Association’s Weekly Verdict.
Jared is a dedicated contributor to increasing access to justice in Ontario. He has provided volunteer legal services to people of limited means through Pro Bono Ontario and the Osgoode Hall Investor Protection Clinic, and in 2023, was recognized by Pro Bono Ontario as an Honour Roll volunteer.
Jared obtained his J.D. from Western Law, where he was a finalist in the Torys LLP Negotiation Competition, represented Western at the national Winkler Moot, and acted as the president of the Jewish Law Students Association for two consecutive terms.
Prior to law school, Jared obtained his B.A. (Hons) in Early Modern Studies and History, jointly conferred by the University of King’s College and Dalhousie University, graduating with First Class Honours.
