Reanna is Mathers McHenry & Co.’s Director of Operations. She has been working in the legal field since 1999 when she began as a legal assistant. She has since filled various capacities in labour and employment focused firms or departments, including an active role managing a boutique labour and employment firm as well as helping to set up and ensure the smooth operation of a labour and employment group within a larger firm.
Reanna takes leadership seriously and has been a mentor to many over the course of her career. She also approaches every task, new or routine, with tenacity. In short: Reanna gets it done.
Reanna came to Mathers McHenry & Co. with deep technical expertise, a passion for excellence, and a commitment to both client service and ensuring our lawyer team has the resources needed to serve clients well.
Reanna works closely with our Founding Partner, Jennifer, for the smooth operation of the firm.
